Sunny received two tickets to the Seattle Symphony as a gift from her boss. The Ebene Quartet performs the Beethoven String Quartet, a wonderful performance!

Sunny and I ate dinner on Alkai Beach. The weather was terrific, but cold, and the food at a small Greek Restaurant was delicious.

Sunny and I celebrated Andre’s birthday at Andre and Carrie’s house with a huge BBQ! On the grill was some of the best pork I’d ever had, two whole chickens, and spicy Cajun spice rubbed salmon. And Jessica is pregnant! The party was fun, and I now have some great drinking stories to blackmail Sunny with.

We ate at Red Mill for Mom’s birthday – really, Mom requested this restaurant for dinner! A burger at Red Mill is absolutely fantastic! They have this great sauce that they slather on the burger. And when you add bacon you get perfection. The whole family was there! We had cupcakes for dessert.

I can’t believe it snowed again! We had about three inches in six hours this morning. This weather is impossible to predict, and it is cold! I hope spring comes soon. I want to go to the beach…

My sister’s Birthday dinner was at Blue Fin Sushi, where she ate for free! The buffet was filled with goodies, I loved the Korean BBQ and the short ribs. Sunny, Brian, and Khai went for sushi and crab. The dinner was expensive, but I’d come back… for another free Birthday!

Sunny threw a surprise Birthday party for me – and I don’t know how she pulled it off without me finding out! I celebrated my 33rd Birthday surrounded by my family and friends.

We surprised Corky for his Birthday at Canlis. Sunny and Ian had not met many of their cousins for years so the party was also a family reunion. The food was outstanding and we had a wonderful time.

We joined family and friends at a huge surprise party for Erin. The food and decorations were great. The Master of Ceremonies kept things going and the DJ played a good mix of dance and top 40. However, the comedian started slow and was soon booed off stage. His strip show was funny…

No joke! Denny’s offered a free Grand Slam for every American! Andre, Alvin, and I took advantage of the offer… Breakfast was outstanding!
