Sunny and I ate dinner on Alkai Beach. The weather was terrific, but cold, and the food at a small Greek Restaurant was delicious.

Sunny and I celebrated Andre’s birthday at Andre and Carrie’s house with a huge BBQ! On the grill was some of the best pork I’d ever had, two whole chickens, and spicy Cajun spice rubbed salmon. And Jessica is pregnant! The party was fun, and I now have some great drinking stories to blackmail Sunny with.

Sunny and I drove to Bellingham to relax for a day on the road. Later that day, Sunny and I looked at appliances at Home Depot for our future home. Lunch was at Bob’s Burger and Brew, where Sunny ate a salad and I ate an outstanding hamburger. Later that night was Andre’s BBQ!

We ate at Red Mill for Mom’s birthday – really, Mom requested this restaurant for dinner! A burger at Red Mill is absolutely fantastic! They have this great sauce that they slather on the burger. And when you add bacon you get perfection. The whole family was there! We had cupcakes for dessert.

I can’t believe it snowed again! We had about three inches in six hours this morning. This weather is impossible to predict, and it is cold! I hope spring comes soon. I want to go to the beach…
